We value the contributions of both authors and guest users who share their GTA mods, guides, and other content with the community. To maintain the quality and integrity of the content, we have established clear rules for both authors and guest posters.

These guidelines ensure that all submissions meet our standards and contribute positively to the platform. Please read and follow these rules before submitting your content.

General Guidelines for All Users:

1. Content Relevance:
   • All submitted content must be relevant to the Grand Theft Auto series, including mods, guides, tutorials, and related resources.
   • Ensure that your content is suitable for the audience and adds value to the community.
2. Original Content:
   • Submissions must be original or properly credited. If you are using someone else’s work, you must have permission and give appropriate credits.
   • Do not upload files that you do not have the right to share.
3. No Piracy or Illegal Content:
   • Files containing pirated or copyrighted content (game cracks, movies, music, etc.) will be removed.
   • Do not upload any file that violates copyright laws or can be used to cheat online.
4. Respectful Conduct:
   • Be respectful in all posts, including comments and discussions. Posts that involve political figures or ideologies that may lead to unnecessary debates will not be allowed.
   • Offensive or inappropriate content, including nudity or pornography, is strictly prohibited.

Guest Post Submission Rules:

1. No Account Required:
   • Guest users can submit content without creating an account. However, it is highly recommended to create an account for better management of your submissions and future interactions with the community.
2. File Format Restrictions:
   • You can upload content in .zip, .rar, .7z, and .oiv formats. Any other file types will be rejected.
   • Ensure that your content is packaged properly and contains clear instructions for installation or use.
3. Content Approval:
   • Guest posts will be reviewed by our moderators. Approval typically takes 24 hours to 4 days. Be patient while we assess your submission.
4. Limited Features:
   • Guest posts have limited features compared to logged-in authors. You will not have access to advanced management tools like content tracking or analytics.
   • To access additional features, you may want to consider registering an account.

Author Submission Rules:

1. Account Creation:
   • To become an author, you must create an account on GTAModify.com. Once registered, you’ll gain full access to manage and track your posts.
2. Manage and Edit Content:
   • As an author, you can edit, update, and manage your submissions at any time. This allows for improved content quality and the ability to make changes when necessary.
3. Faster Approval Process:
   • Posts submitted by registered authors are usually approved within a day due to the established credibility of their account.
4. Exclusive Features:
   • Authors enjoy additional benefits, such as the ability to track content performance, schedule posts, and receive analytics for submitted items.
   • Authors can also have their content marked with author attribution, improving visibility and credibility.
5. Content Ownership:
   • Authors have full ownership of the content they upload. However, all content must comply with GTAModify’s rules and guidelines, including no piracy or illegal files.

Prohibited Content:

1. No Cheating Files:
   • Any file that can be used to cheat in online modes of GTA will be banned from submission.
2. No Malware or Viruses:
   • Files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful software are strictly prohibited. Ensure your files are clean and virus-free before submitting them.
3. No Content That Violates Copyright:
   • Do not submit files that contain pirated material or files you do not have permission to distribute.
4. No Inappropriate Content:
   • This includes but is not limited to: offensive language, hate speech, nudity, and political content that may lead to unnecessary conflict.

Credits and Attributions:

• Always give credit to others for their work if you are using assets, models, or other resources created by someone else. This is essential to maintain respect for the original creators and their efforts.
• If you have collaborated with others or used their work, clearly state this in the description or credits section.

Before submitting your post, make sure to include the following:

• Title or name of the file
• A screenshot or thumbnail of the content
• A clear and concise description of the content
• Features of your mod or guide
• Installation steps and required files or links
• A YouTube video link (optional) to demonstrate the content
• Installation guide link (optional) for additional help
• Additional required links (optional) for required mods or files
• Source link (optional) for further reference
• Credits to any other creators
• A short description for the post
• A download link if required
• Your name (optional)
• Your email address (optional)
• Select a category for your post
